From proactive account managers to dedicated mail sorters and drivers, we all share a real determination to do an outstanding job. Here are just a few of the faces that make it all happen...

Rob's spent his whole career in the postal industry. After rising through the ranks at Royal Mail, he was headhunted by DHL to set up its downstream access mail division. In 2006 he launched Citipost Mail, which turned over more than £44m in 2014.
