He has also now taken on the challenge of heading up one of our business development teams to lead them to success.

Tabbs joined the customer service team in 2008 and built up a wealth of industry knowledge and has nurtured long-term relationships with his portfolio of clients’. He prides himself on being the voice of his customers within the business, ensuring their mailings run smoothly. In 2019 Tabbs transferred his skills and joined the sales team as a Business Development Manager, further progressing his career within Citipost Mail.

Since graduating Simon has worked within Sales and lead generation, embedding new processes alongside streamlining existing ones to improve performance and conversion rates. Joining the company in 2016, his previous experience helped him build a new Telesales department for our business. Simons telesales team continue to support growth for Citipost Mail’s expanding product range.

After joining the business in November 2016, Layla started off as a parcel tracking administrator to gain experience in the industry. In March 2017 Layla was promoted internally to Global Production Manager and joined the client services team, she has taken on many key roles and is excelling in nurturing our client relationships.
