Mandy has over 20 years of experience in various roles of the mail and logistics industry. Prior to her current position at Citipost, she worked for DHL for 15 years in a variety of roles all providing great exposure to the full life cycle of the mail chain. Mandy set up the Service Delivery team in 2018 which has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth processing of jobs for our clients.

Jess started working for the business in 2013 through a recruitment agency as a tracking assistant, Jess has now risen to become a highly-valued Client Relationship Manager. Working in multiple departments within the business she has broadened her knowledge and experience. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations and prides herself on the relationships she builds.

Felicity has been working with us since 2014. She joined Citipost Mail as our Planning and Forecasting Administrator before becoming our Bookings Administrator. In December 2015 Felicity was promoted internally to Account Manager and in October 2018 to Strategic Account Manager where she has broadened her knowledge of the DSA industry and she continues to excel in her career.

With extensive knowledge of the industry, Hannah prides herself on excellent customer service putting the clients at the forefront of everything ensuring they get the service they deserve.

Amber joined the business in 2015 as a Parcel Tracking Administrator, working closely with the Client Experience department. In 2016 Amber was promoted to a Citipost Mail Account Manager and subsequently to her current role as a Client Relationship Manager. Amber is gaining more experience on a daily basis, building a good relationship with her client base.

After joining the business in November 2016, Layla started off as a parcel tracking administrator to gain experience in the industry. In March 2017 Layla was promoted internally to Global Production Manager and joined the client services team, she has taken on many key roles and is excelling in nurturing our client relationships from within our Client Services team.

Cherrelle started as a Tracking Administrator five years ago and progressed to Key Account Co-ordinator in 2016, overseeing the service provided to our biggest clients to ensure retention and account based growth. In 2018 Cherrelle was promoted to Service Delivery Manager, and offers operational support to ensure our clients receive a seamless and excellent service from our suppliers.

Lori joined Citipost in 2015 as a Booking Administrator and was promoted to Quality Control Administrator in 2017. In 2018, Lori moved into the role of Service Delivery Co-ordinator, focusing on the supplier performance by collecting, storing, analysing and monitoring data, in order to drive quality and efficiency throughout the operational process. Lori has since been promoted to Senior Co-ordinator and is the first point of escalation for clients with any service issues.

From a background in Customer Service as a mobile manager in retail, Kat joined the business in March 2019 working in the Bookings Team. In 2020 Kat was promoted to Service Delivery Co-ordinator, now working daily to ensure client’s needs are met by liaising with suppliers and managing jobs so that we continue to provide a first-class level of service.
