Felicity Bolger
Client Experience Administrator
Felicity has been working with us since 2014. She joined Citipost Mail as our Planning and Forecasting Administrator before becoming our Bookings Administrator. In December 2015 Felicity was promoted internally to Account Manager and in October 2018 to Strategic Account Manager where she has broadened her knowledge of the DSA industry and she continues to excel in her career.

Client Relationship Manager
Having been with the business since 2009, Hannah is one of the longest-serving members of the Client Services team. With extensive knowledge of the industry, Hannah prides herself on excellent customer service putting the clients at the forefront of everything ensuring they get the service they deserve.
Layla Smith
Client Relationship Manager
After joining the business in November 2016, Layla started off as a parcel tracking administrator to gain experience in the industry. In March 2017 Layla was promoted internally to Global Production Manager and joined the client services team, she has taken on many key roles and is excelling in nurturing our client relationships from within our Client Services team.
Alexia Bush
Client Relationship Manager
Alexia joined Citipost Mail in June 2021 as a service delivery administrator in the bookings team where she worked hard to develop her knowledge of DSA providers and build strong relationships with our clients. She has now been promoted to Client Relationship Manager where she continues to pride herself on her excellent service skills.
Cherrelle Wright
Head of Service Delivery
Cherrelle started as a Tracking Administrator five years ago and progressed to Key Account Co-ordinator in 2016, overseeing the service provided to our biggest clients to ensure retention and account based growth. In 2018 Cherrelle was promoted to Service Delivery Manager, and offers operational support to ensure our clients receive a seamless and excellent service from our suppliers.
Lori Straw
Senior Service Delivery Co-ordinator
Lori joined Citipost in 2015 as a Booking Administrator and was promoted to Quality Control Administrator in 2017. In 2018, Lori moved into the role of Service Delivery Co-ordinator, focusing on the supplier performance by collecting, storing, analysing and monitoring data, in order to drive quality and efficiency throughout the operational process. Lori has since been promoted to Senior Co-ordinator and is the first point of escalation for clients with any service issues.
Loren Fisher
Service Delivery Co-Ordinator
Loren joined Citipost Mail in November 2021 where she was excited to join the world of mail as part of the bookings team. She comes from a Customer Service and Administration background which has proven a great asset to her role here. Loren is always ready to help our clients with anything they might need and has built some great working relationships along the way.
Ellie Coxhead
Service Delivery Administrator
Ellie joined Citipost Mail in January 2022, after wanting a new career path. She comes from a Customer Service background and has found the mail industry an exciting new adventure. Ellie finds her role very rewarding and loves that working in Bookings she gets to build relationships with clients and mailing houses. ‘Helping people every day is very satisfying!’

Laura joined Citipost Mail in August 2022. She has a customer service background and previously worked in hospitality. Laura is part of the bookings team where her main responsibilities are to accurately schedule in jobs, input data, and build good relationships with our clients and mailing houses.
