Citipost Mail Achieves Investors in People Platinum Accreditation

We are proud to announce that Citipost Mail has achieved Platinum accreditation from Investors in People, the highest level within the globally recognised We invest in people framework.

Investors in People Platinum accreditation is awarded only to organisations demonstrating sustained excellence across all nine performance indicators, including leadership, culture, employee engagement and continuous improvement. Following a rigorous independent assessment, Citipost Mail was rated high performing in every indicator, placing us in the top 2% of organisations assessed across all sectors.

What the Assessment Highlighted

The IiP assessor described Citipost Mail as a “high-performing organisation” where strategy and culture are fully aligned to deliver business ambition. The report recognised:

• A cohesive, values-driven culture built around Care, Collaboration and Trust
• Clear communication of organisational ambition at every level
• Strong leadership capability and high levels of trust
• Employees who feel empowered to make decisions and use their initiative
• Structured performance conversations and development aligned to strategy
• A culture of continuous improvement, supported by data and collaboration

One of the most notable outcomes was the consistency of employee feedback. Citipost Mail achieved 100% agreement across multiple key survey measures, including trust in leadership, clarity of objectives, encouragement to innovate and understanding of company values. Achieving unanimous agreement across these indicators is rare within the Investors in People framework.

Developing Talent from Within

The report also highlighted our commitment to internal progression and leadership development. Talent is actively identified and nurtured through mentoring, coaching and structured development pathways.

A strong example of this progression culture is Lesley Yeomans, who joined Citipost Mail in 2011 as Head of Client Experience and has progressed to become our Deputy Managing Director. During her tenure, she has helped transform the organisation into a customer-centric business focused on engagement, innovation and strategic growth.
