These incentives offer postage credits of up to 20% on incremental mail volumes, providing a significant opportunity to reduce costs while expanding your outreach during key periods. New Incentives Following the recent release of the summer-time limited incentives, the full calendar now offers opportunities across all seasons: Acquisition Incentive – 14 April 2025 – 28 March 2026 – Designed for businesses aiming to acquire new customers, this incentive encourages testing mail campaigns targeting potential new audiences. Summer Incentive – 19 May 2025 – 1 August 2025 – Encourages businesses to try new advertising mail activities for summer promotions, specifically for summer retail goods, health and beauty products, and holiday finances. Travel Essentials Incentive – 2 June 2025 – 29 August 2025 – Mail campaigns should promote “travel essentials,” including holiday apparel, beachwear, travel insurance, and health and beauty products and services for holidays. Brand New Incentives: Autumn Winter Catalogue Incentive – 18 August 2025- 17 October 2025 – Campaigns must be related to an Autumn and or Winter catalogue, for example: Autumn or Winter Catalogue (or a mailer related to catalogue). Charity Incentive – 1 September 2025 – 28 November 2025 – For Charity-related communications supporting fundraising activities, such as donor acquisition, legacy communications, raffle mailers, event participant mailers, awareness and brand building activity. Black Friday Incentive – 29 September 2025 – 28 November 2025 – The primary purpose of the mail campaign must be related to promoting products and services for Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Sales Incentive – 1 November 2025 – 30 January 2026 – Mail campaigns must be related to Winter and New Year sales promotions.
