John Eastwood Hospice is a charity close to our hearts here at Citipost Mail, and we have worked closely with the fundraising manager to help smarten their mail management.

We analysed John Eastwood Hospice's postal profile, management and spend in order to significantly reduce their postal costs. We were able to suggest a different mail process which has saved the charity both time and money; whilst still ensuring that their direct mail reaches their recipients in the most timely manner. We have also provided John Eastwood Hospice with a dedicated account manager to look after all of their mailing needs, meaning that there's always an expert on hand to support them whatever their query.
